These workshops seek to familiarize students with services, spaces, and resources offered through the library, and can be tailored to specific audiences. Typically, workshops are 30-60 minutes in length and incorporate a variety of hands-on or exploratory activities. Topics may include the following:

  • Introduction to library resources, spaces, and services
  • Introduction to databases and subject guides
  • Introduction to Library Search
  • Basics search strategies
