Lady 3-Flint
  1. Nuttall Codex, page 16

This image depicts the birth of the Mixtec Lady 3-Flint's child. She was a high-ranking member of the priest class and a significant figure in Mixtec history; the birth was therefore noteworthy. Each child was named for the day of his or her birth, as evidenced by Lady 3-Flint's own name.
